Some trips include adventure or recreational activities such as kayaking, water sports, treks, or similar experiences. These activities carry inherent risk. Participation is at your own discretion, and you should only take part in activities you are physically fit and comfortable to undertake.

Accommodation, transport, adventure activities and certain experiences on our trips are provided by independent third-party vendors. While we select vendors carefully, TripWithOwners does not directly control their operations and is not liable for any injury, loss, delay or damage caused by the acts, omissions or negligence of these independent third parties.

Travellers are responsible for their own safety, belongings, conduct and decisions during the trip. This includes following instructions from the trip captain, local guides and activity operators, and refraining from activities that pose a risk to yourself or others.

Travel insurance is not included in our packages. We strongly recommend that all travellers purchase appropriate travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellation, baggage loss and adventure activities before departure.

Please inform our team of any medical conditions, allergies or fitness limitations before booking, so we can guide you appropriately. Travellers with specific health conditions should consult a medical professional before undertaking travel or participating in physical activities.

TripWithOwners is not a medical or emergency-response provider. Our trip captain and coordination team will provide reasonable on-ground assistance, but travellers should have independent access to medical care and emergency contacts where needed.

By booking a trip with TripWithOwners, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks of group travel and adventure activities, and agree that TripWithOwners shall not be held liable for personal injury, loss or damage except where directly caused by our own proven negligence.
