Cancellation & Refund Policy

Please read this policy carefully before making any payment towards a TripWithOwners trip. This policy applies to all bookings unless a different arrangement is confirmed with you in writing.
1. Cancellation Window

| 15–30 days before departure | Partial adjustment or rescheduling may be considered at the company's discretion. |
| Less than 15 days before departure | No refund. |

2. Important Clarifications
- Approved adjustments, credits or rescheduling options are not guaranteed and may depend on bookings already made with hotels, activity providers, transport partners and other vendors.
- Any non-refundable vendor charges may be deducted from an eligible adjustment or credit.
- Trip cancellation by the organiser, if any, will be handled according to the detailed booking terms shared with the traveller.
3. Refund Timelines
Where a refund, adjustment or credit is approved as per the cancellation window above, it will be processed to the original mode of payment within 7–14 business days from the date of approval, subject to bank or payment gateway timelines.
4. No-Show Policy
If a traveller fails to report at the designated meeting point or fails to check in without prior written intimation to TripWithOwners, this is treated as a no-show. No refund is applicable in the case of a no-show.
5. Force Majeure
TripWithOwners shall not be held liable for delays, changes or cancellations arising from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather, government restrictions, strikes, political unrest, pandemics or other force-majeure events. In such cases, we will work with our vendors to offer the best possible resolution, such as rescheduling or partial credit, subject to what our vendors and partners are able to offer. A full cash refund cannot be guaranteed in force-majeure situations.
6. Cancellation by TripWithOwners
In the rare event that TripWithOwners needs to cancel a trip, affected travellers will be offered a rescheduled date or a credit towards a future trip, in line with the detailed booking terms shared with travellers at the time of booking. Any non-refundable vendor charges already incurred may be deducted.
7. How to Request a Cancellation
To request a cancellation or rescheduling, contact our team on WhatsApp or email at info@tripwithowners.com with your booking details. Requests are processed based on the date the written request is received.
