TripWithOwners curates and organises group and private travel experiences. We work with third-party hotels, transport providers and activity operators to deliver each trip. Company registration details will be published here once finalised. [To be updated]

Our trips are intended for adult travellers. By booking a trip, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into a binding agreement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

Cancellations, rescheduling and refund eligibility are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

All travellers are expected to follow our Community Guidelines during trips. TripWithOwners reserves the right to remove any traveller from a trip, without refund, for behaviour that endangers or seriously disrupts the group.

TripWithOwners acts as an organiser and coordinator, working with independent third-party vendors for accommodation, transport and activities. Please review our Travel Disclaimer for details on responsibility and personal risk during adventure or third-party operated activities.

Itineraries may be adjusted due to weather, safety, availability or operational requirements.TripWithOwners may update these Terms from time to time; continued use of the website or participation in a trip after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
